The people of Bermuda deserve political leadership that will put Bermuda first. Leadership must take a new approach and combine fresh ideas, as well as the experience to implement those ideas and effect the change Bermuda needs now. Bermuda is in trouble. Crime and gang violence, unemployment and national debt are out of control. Government is failing our public schools. We need One Bermuda – unified. Because that is what it’s going to take to solve our problems.

We have come together with the common purpose of putting Bermuda first.  We have listened carefully to the many voices calling for change. We believe that Bermudians want better and stronger representation from their political leaders and demand a better way of doings things. In forming One Bermuda Alliance, we have deliberately chosen the principle, “Putting Bermuda First.”  It serves as a constant reminder to us, and to those who support us, of our goal – to put Bermuda first, at all times and in all possible ways.  We have come together because we recognize that if we continue to follow the old ways, we will get more of the same.

We will lead by example. We have put aside our differences in order to put Bermuda first. We believe that if we provide a new path of responsible leadership, we can, and will, have a brighter future for all of Bermuda.
