Candidacy Application Process:
- Upon receipt by the OBA secretary of a completed candidate application form, the applicant will be contacted for an interview by the candidate selection committee.
- The applicant will be interviewed by between four and seven members of the candidate selection committee in 2 thirty minute interviews.
If appropriate the candidate selection committee may invite the applicant to follow up interviews.
- Applicants should not try to influence any member of the candidate selection committee in respect of their deliberations either prior to or after the interview(s).
- The decision of the candidate selection committee in respect of approving and adopting candidates shall be taken in accordance with the OBA constitution.
- Due diligence may be undertaken by the candidate selection committee in respect of any information provided by an applicant.
- Applicants should ensure that they are aware of the values of the One Bermuda Alliance.
- Applicants must be members of the OBA and registered to vote.
